Land Surveyors • Landscape Architects March 27, 2019 Kelly Grant Conservation Commission Town of Yarmouth 1146 Route 28 Yarmouth, MA 02664-4492 EMAIL KGrant gyarmouth.ma.us & MAIL RE: 2 Channel Point Drive, Yarmouth — SE83-2029 Applicant: Jacob Simmons CIO Channel Point LLC Dear Kelly & Commission Members; We are providing this letter in response to our conversation this morning and your March 25, 2019 e-mail where you informed us that the Commission "requested a six-foot buffer zone of native plantings be added along the bank and suggested the applicant address bank erosion issues by managing invasive vegetation." • As we discussed, Mr. Simmons is not interested in constructing the previously approved garage or septic system at this time so he is amenable to requesting a Certificate of Compliance and reapplying to the Commission if or when he would like to proceed with those items. • He is working with a landscape designer and will submit a planting plan to you upon completion for your review and approval. • He would like to complete this planting at the end of summer, ideally beginning of September and will notify your office prior to the start of planting. • Per conversation no other site work other than the planting, invasive species management and erosion control is proposed. • Per our conversation we will not request a Certificate of Compliance until after the planting is completed. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Sincerely, GRADY CON ULTING, L.L.C. Richard Grad , P.E.
