A couple of things on this plan:
tLy6 , List variance to groundwater
64: Property will need a 2 bedroom deed restriction because of the groundwater variance. I will need a completed
deed restriction application prior to issuing the permit when Scott applies for it.
Provide the leach field details i.e.spacing between lateral lines (maximum width of 4'allowed on the outer
laterals)
AT:—Copy of plot plan with PLS stamp(nothing on file in Engineering records)
Is the proposed separation between the pump on and off at 8"or 18"; and what is the height of the alarm
float? (This question typically surfaces on Scott's installations with the pump designs)
