Dear Amy;
Enclosed herewith,is a copy of the Septic System design for the referenced site.
As you can see from my plan dated 11/10/99,it requires the following variances for Title 5 and Yarmouth
regulations:
Section 15.211 MINIMUM DISTANCES:
1. Distance of S.A.S.from Cellar Wall
A 2' Variance is requested
2. Distance of S.A.S. from Property Line
A 5'Variance is requested from Road Row
Please review the plan and if you agree with the design,grant the variances in-house so we can have the
emergency repairs made to replace the collapsed cesspool with the Title 5 System as soon as possible.
