Hi Terry& Robin-
I have reviewed this plan and have the following comments:
�1. Observed groundwater elevation should be EL.86.5.
2. I understand the CC Commission has been very late in posting the reference well data. Knowing how dry the
summer has been, it makes sense to use the July,2018 reading for the adjustment(A1W230 21.06=0.6'
adjustment) instead of the June reading. This will require the leach facility and the dbox be raised 1.1'which will
still allow a gravity feed system that meets breakout and is still below or at existing grade. I have attached a
