Hi-Thank you Amy!The owner said the apartment has not been rented for many years. Both the tax page has it listed as
a duplex and the field card as a multi-family. He will make sure necessary paperwork is in place before it is rented out.
Eric will be in on Tuesday.

he is ready and the permit will issued immediately to him. Let me know if there are any additional
questions.
As a side note for your son, if the in-law apartment is rented, it will need to be permitted through our
Rental Program (annual permit which can be registered online)and inspected prior to occupancy. I am
not sure when the apartment was permitted since I could not find any records in either the Health or
Building Department files on line.
