COMMENTS:
After speaking with Yarmouth Health agents it has been determined that one of two actions will
have to take place. They are requesting that the tank be replaced or that a portion of the deck be
removed since access to the tank is not possible in it's current location. When you have reached
your decision please call the Board of Health as well as myself. Please feel free to call the office
if you have any questions.
