Per M.G.L.: All town and school boards, committees, commissions, and authorities shall post a
notice of every meeting at least 48 hours prior to such meeting, excluding Saturdays, Sundays,
and legal holidays. Notice shall contain a listing of topics/agenda that the chair reasonably
anticipates will be discussed at the meeting.

PETITION #478: James W. Baker, Jr. 62 Beacon Street, South Yarmouth
The Health Department file indicates an existing 1996 Title 5 septic system located to the rear of the
dwelling. The proposed garage and porch additions meet the minimum setbacks to the existing
septic system and will not impact its function or capacity. Full review of the proposed project by the
Health Department will be required prior to final approval.
PETITION #4790: Robert and Doreen Morin, 10 Cygnet Road, West Yarmouth
The Health Department file indicates an existing 2000 Title 5 septic system located to the westerly
side of the structure. The recently constructed deck and access stairs meets the minimum setbacks
to the existing septic system and is not impacting its function or capacity. Full review of the project by
the Health Department will be required prior to final approval.
