A soil suitability assessment is required prior to the placement of Title -5 fill. 5.) One cubic foot of thrust blocking ((TB) is required at all 2"- force main angle points. 6.) Raise septic tank and pump chamber outlet covers to grade with bolted cast iron covers and rings. Raise septic tank inlet cover, pump chamber inlet cover and dlstribudon box cover to wlthm 6 of fimShed grade. LeaChmg field requires three inspection ports with control box covers to finished grade. 7.) Septic tank inspections: Effluent filter with smart alarm (filter extension handle to within l' of cover). 8.) Pump chamber: Extend inlet tee to within 1.0' off the floor of the chamber. Alarm controls are not to be connected to the pump force main. Alarm controls are to be on a separate hanger or pole. Pump chamber is required to be water tested' with Health Department and designer present. All electrical lines are to be set in conduit. 9.) Backfill to crown of SAS chambers with Title 5 clean granular sand (15.255 (3)). Backfill, loam and seed construction impact areas. Mounded leaching area is to be covered in straw to prevent erosion.
