Dear Commissioners,
The Division of Marine Fisheries (MA DMF) has reviewed the request for determination of applicability by mark Haggerty
for “Addition of a jet ski float on the landward side of an existing dock and float system at 12 Jessies Lane”. The
potential impacts to marine fisheries resources and habitats were assessed.
Based on the scope of work as currently proposed, MA DMF has no recommendations for sequencing, timing or
methods that would avoid or minimize impact at this time.
