Hi Caia, Please advise on anything that needs to be addressed for dredging. As indicated below, we have done maintenance dredging in the past. The area conditions remain consistent with your previous findings. Thank you. I copied Conrad Caia on my email (and cc'd here). He is the Shellfish Constable. If you speak with him he will let you know if you need to do anything. The original shellfish survey is attached. > > Thanks > Kelly > > -----Original Message----- > From: Jeff Chizmas \[mailto:jeffchizmas@gmail.com\] > Sent: Thursday, May 23, 2019 3:58 PM > To: Grant, Kelly <KGrant@yarmouth.ma.us> > Subject: Re: Dredging at 66A River St South Yarmouth, MA 02664 > > Hi Kelly, > 1 > I do not know what you mean by coordinate with the Shellfish Constable - I wasn’t even aware that there was such a position in the town - but it sounds like a good thing. I have never done that in the past and do not know who to contact or what to discuss with them. When we did the initial shellfish review on the first major dredge there were no shellfish - shellfish have never been discovered in subsequent dredging as well. Please explain what is required and the appropriate process to follow and I will. > > I will set up a meting with you and the contractor to review everything as well.
