Below please find a copy of the DEP letter receipt.
The rear of my house is ~ 30' from the ponds edge. The original porch / garage is ~ 22' from the ponds
edge. The proposed 4' x 4' upper landing / stairway will be ~ 18' from the ponds edge. The existing unsafe path
is ~ 12' from the ponds edge. The proposed lower landing that will make the pathway safer and will be ~ 12'
from the ponds edge.
