Dear Bruce,
I have made several on-site inspections of the installation of the septic
system for the above referenced site, including the overdig of the unsuitable
material and the final grading, and find they are in substantial compliance
with the approved plan with the exception that the pump chamber, distribution
box and vent are mirrored.
