Hi Amy,
I was hoping you could help me with the attached renovations of an existing home at 40 Grandview Drive.
There is an existing 1 car garage that we'd like to add a second story to with a bathroom. There is no door proposed for
the room,will the town consider this a bedroom or are we okay with it being a rec room/play room?
These are not final plans, I am just starting design work. The homeowners have not yet seen this layout.
