Hi Dawn-Marie,
BSC requests some assistance with regard to the attached OOC SE3-2183 in order to record this at the Barnstable County
Registry of Deeds.
It has come to our attention that:
· on Page 1 – Item 4. Property Owner should be: John P. & Pamela E. Foran, P.O. Box 606, Yarmouth Port,
MA 02675
· on Page 2 – Item 6 General Information 6b. Certificate Number should be 187761, DOC 1104587, LCP23512-C,
Lot 7 (the Certificate # that is on the original Page 2 is in reference to the previous owner)
I attached OOC SE83-2183_Pink (which I typed the information that I mentioned above in hopes to be helpful to you)
I attached SE83-2183 which is the original OOC (for reference)
Please let me know when we can pick up Page 1 and Page 2 with these edits.
I know that Kelly is out of the office this week so I am sending this request to you.
