2. EXISTING SEWER ELEVATIONS ARE TO BE VERIFIED PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF NEW SYSTEM COMPONENTS.
3. WATER TESTING OF HOUSE FIXTURES IS REQUIRED, PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF SEPTIC TANK, TO CONFIRM ALL
DISCHARGE EXITS LINES FOUND.
4. INSTALL TWO-WAY SWEEPS WITH 4" PVC CLEAN OUTS TO GRADE BETWEEN DWELLING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK
AS SHOWN. PROVIDE IRRIGATION CONTROL BOX COVERS OVER CLEAN OUTS - REQUIRED.
5. EXISTING CESSPOOLS ARE TO BE PUMPED & FILLED OR REMOVED ALONG WITH ANY CONTAMINATED SOILS WITHIN
5' OF PROPOSED SAS. VERIFICATION INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED.
6. DESIGN COMPANY IS TO VERIFY SOILS OF ALL SAS EXCAVATIONS PRIOR TO SYSTEM INSTALLATION.
7. DESIGN COMPANY IS TO VERIFY SYSTEM INSTALLATION (LOCATIONS AND ELEVATIONS) PRIOR TO BACKFILLING.
