Scope of Work

A) At front porch remove stone steps and rebuild wooden steps
according with section R311.7 of 2015 IRC
B) Combine 1st floor toilet and bedroom closet into reconfigured
bathroom (with new doorway)
C) Remove east side (2) and west side (1) entrances
D) Remove interior (non bearing) pantry wall into kitchen
E) Jack up east wall of mudroom and re-support; possibly re support
sagging ceilingjoists in same room; insulate room (walls are
currently open)
F) Remove north side door and attached steps in back of house

G) Turn breezeway into open porch with roiling on north and west
walls; build west facing stairs from open porch With railing
according with section R311.7 of 2015 IRC
H) Jack up garage south and north walls; Garage floor replacement
(according to engineered drawings), spot replacement of rotted
timbers on 1st and 2nd level
I) Remove south facing entrance on west side of house
J) Remove east side upper porch and place window instead of door
K) Remove interior (non bearing) walls in rear 2nd story bathroom
and bedroom
L) Re-roof house
M)Spot repair of siding
N) Spot repair of trim
0) Place new 1/2 bath in mudroom
P) Add upstairs hallway to separate bedroom
Q) Reconfigure 2nd floor front bathroom (close southside door)
R) Add wall and doorway to add bathroom in rear bathroom space
S) Replace garage missing windows (3 total: 2 north, 1 south)
T) Remove interior (nonbearing) walls in 2nd story hallway (linen
closet)
