No problem. The Determination should be ready in the next few days. Dawn-Marie in my office will contact you when
its ready. You can then start the building permit process. I have attached the planting lists you can use to pick plants
for the buffer zone.

Hi Kelly,
We just wanted to drop you a note to say thank-you for your assistance during our application and approval process.
Can you share with us when we can expect documented approval from the commission and when would be an
appropriate time for our builder to apply for a building permit. Also, we do plan to come by and get your advice on the
plantings discussed last night as well, unless you have a list of appropriate plantings for us to work from. Either way, we
appreciate your guidance, up to now and going forward.
