A Notice of Intent is therefore the best approach, they can then include ongoing maintenance moving forward. If they have any other proposed work it can be included in the same NOI. We had done a phragmites job for the previous owners and they received their COC in 2014. It was a Complete Certification with no Ongoing Conditions. My question is whether maintenance to control any phragmites coming back in the area of the original permitted project would be allowed by Yarmouth. There may be additional work they wish to do that will require a filing, but at this point they would like the ability to treat the phragmites. Please let me know your thoughts.
