The new home construction was not approved by the Town of Yarmouth, therefore, they never commenced any building on the property. The Reilly's have indicated to me that Order of Conditions # SE83-1907 remains outstanding for 46 Pleasant Street, related to their project. Considering that the project was not built, we would respectfully request that the Conservation Commission remove this restriction, from the Reilly's property. The Reilly's plan on closing on the sale of 46 Pleasant Street on July 24, 2019. Respectfully, Gordon Clark III Northside Design Associates Flett, Dawn-Marie From:Julie <Julie@dubinreardon.com> Sent:Thursday, July 11, 2019 10:59 AM To:Flett, Dawn-Marie Cc:Grant, Kelly; James Reilly Subject:46 Pleasant Street, South Yarmouth/James J. & Kathleen M.
