The applicant is requesting a Certificate of Compliance at this time. We have inspected the property. Although significant time has passed there is no evidence that any detrimental sediment was delivered to the site. Our site visits over the years did not reveal observations that are inconsistent with the intent of the Order of Conditions. Please contact me directly with any questions.
