Attached please find a contract agreement between the Owners of 30 Grandview Rd, South Yarmouth and Cape Cod
Docks. With this agreement Cape Cod docks has assumed all liability to correct any suspicion of dock size infraction. We
are on their timetable as to when the adjustments will be made. We trust that this will satisfy the Commission until such
corrections have been made. Please reply with confirmation of the email/attachment.
