Department of Environmental Protection, Title 5, and/or the Town of Yarmouth Regulations for
Subsurface Disposal of Sewage, for the above referenced property. The following variances are
requested:
TITLE 5 and YARMOUTH BOARD OF HEALTH
Title 5 Section 15:103(3)(C)2 Soil Profile to Determine Maximum Groundwater
A 1' variance from 2.3' adjustment requested
