Recent proposed substantial improvements reference continued use of the current septic system, despite the land being on a flood plain, subject to coastal storm flowage, and subject to the new building code regulations resulting from the Town's adoption of the regulations pursuant to the 2014 FIRM/NFIP plan. We write requesting copies of any plans submitted to your office, purporting to confirm that the proposed larger house and new in-law suite over the garage will all be adequately served by the existing septic system.
