of Environmental Protection,Title 5,and/or the Town of Yarmouth Regulations for Subsurface Disposal of
Sewage,for the above referenced property. The following variances are requested:

15.221(7) requires that only 3' is allowed on top of components:
a 3-foot variance requested to be 6'
