OLD KING'S HIGHWAY
Dear Old King's Highway Historic District Committee,
I have submitted an application for Certificate of Exemption for 23 Windswept Path,
Yarmouth Port.
We are planning to replace the stonewall on the left side of the house. The
replacement stone will be Roman Pisa Vineyard Blend. The wall is currently 28 feet
long and 27 inches high. We plan to extend the wall another 10 feet to the edge of
the house. In doing so we will replace the pressure treated wood steps with four
Caledonia granite steps. I have attached photos for your review.
