As I mentioned Thursday night we have had Brad Hall flag the BVW and will locate same, getting revised prints to you this
week. The subdivision was built in 1974 and the house about 2 years later. It was not until about 1980 that Yarmouth
adopted no disturb areas and buffer zones.

Your plan shows edge of pond from 1979 but does not show the BVW area or the top of bank. The
plan from a previous notice shows the BVW 8 feet off the deck. Can you please have the BVW
delineated and added to the plan? I will recommend to the commission that the hearing be continued
until we have an updated plan.
