The contractor shall install this system in accordance with Title V of the Massachusetts Environmental Code and the Regulations of the Town of Yarmouth. 6. Provide a Acme Precast 1500 gal. H-10 septic tank, 4'x8' H-10 500 gal chambers and 5 -Hole distribution box or equal. 7. No vehicle or heavy machinery shall drive over the septic system unless noted as H-20 septic components. 8. Corners of chambers shall be placed on 1'x2' patio blocks or equal during construction to prevent settlement. 9.
