Based on our office's review of existing framing for Cottage and Storage Building,our office
submits the attached drawings: revised Cottage foundation plan SK-1A,revised Cottage framing
plan SK-1B,and revised Storage Plan framing Plan SK-1C,dated 08/19/2019, to supersede
details shown on permitted Drawing A-102.00 and Drawing A-302 dated 04/05/2019 from
approved Building Department set.
These drawings amend the approved Town of Yarmouth Building Department Drawings A-102,
04/05/2019 and A-302,04/05/2019. These revisions show Code compliant foundation and
framing details for compliance with Massachusetts Building Code Chapter 6 'Wall
Construction",Chapter 4 "Foundations",and Chapter 8 "Roof-Ceiling Construction".
