If we have to file with Waterways Committee and obtain a shellfish survey, then I would expect we would be at least 3
months out….we have run into cancelled Waterways Committee meetings quite often in the past…so I am a little
nervous giving a timeline…
So I am thinking we can aim for filing in November?

We are in the process of providing Steve Gatto a quote to do a pier re-design and licensing.

There was a comment (not sure by whom at this point) about filing by the 5 for the hearing on the 19….which I don’t see how that
can work since I will be on vacation for 2 weeks….
Also, wouldn’t we need an approval from Waterways first before going before the Commission? Wouldn’t we need to do a shellfish
survey as well?
