Hi Tom
The Commission set a deadline for action back in February (7 months ago) so they will likely request that I issue an
Enforcement Order for the violation as there has been no action to resolve the issue. This will be on the September 19th
Agenda for the Commission to discuss the next enforcement steps.
Thanks for the update.

Kelly,
I am emailing you to inform you that I do not plan on attending the CC meeting tomorrow and would request an
extension to file a NoI. I have hired Mark Burgess of Shorefront Consulting and we are not ready to present
anything to the Commission as of now. Mark has some more research and field work to complete before we
will be ready to present any plans to the Commission.
I apologize for the delay but we rented longer than I had expected this summer and I got started too late due to
my oldest child going off to college. Mark is somewhat busy and has agreed to try to fit me in as soon as
possible.

I hope this is not a terrible inconvenience and feel free to reach out or call me if you have any questions or
concerns.
Sincerely,
Tom Dwyer
