I agree with you about adding a living room window. It may be required anyway for light and ventilation.
Regarding the center portion of roof as drawn in the side elevations. I believe that rake boards should be shown. It
appears that it is a hip roof but I don’t think that makes sense.
How about eliminating the shutters on the small window in the bathroom?
In general the project looks fine to me.

Please find attached the packet for the August 6, 2019 DRC meeting. Stu Bornstein is proposing
amendments to the previously approved mixed‐use Village Centers Overlay District (VCOD) project
located at 1121 Route 28. He wants to revise the three residential buildings from two story to single
story along with minor changes to the walkways to accommodate the new entrance locations. The
materials and general design elements would remain the same. This is pretty straight forward, but
the DRC needs to confirm that the new building design conforms with the Architectural and Site
Design Standards and that no relief would be required.
I have already provided significant comment to get to this point, but would offer the following for
consideration by the DRC:
Add another window in the living area as it could be rather dark as the only window is from
the door and its side window panel which is covered. This would also help to balance the
Rear Elevation.
I know Sara can’t make the meeting, but feel free to let me know if you have any comments.
Hard copies are in the box outside by office.
