Hyannis, MA 02601 08/24/2019 To Whom It May Concern: ACK Alarm Company Inc. has inspected and installed an Alarm System at 25 Powers Lane South Yarmouth, MA 02664. The Alarm System includes Door contacts, Motion sensors, Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Low Temp Sensor and Water leak detection in utility rooms and Laundry areas. The system Is Connected to a UL Listed Monitoring Station 24 Hours a day. The System has passed all tests and is fully operational. Thank You, Jamie S.
