THIS IS TO CERTIFY that Robert L. Fuchsmann, Trustee of the F & R Realty Trust,
under a Declaration of Trust dated August 21, 1985 being Document No. 371,966, of 59
Driftwood Lane, South Yarmouth, Massachusetts 02664, is
the owner(s) in fee simple
of that land situated in Yarmouth
in the County of Barnstable and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, bounded and described
as follows:
Northeasterly by Driftwood Lane, fifty (50) feet;
Southeasterly thirty-eight and 29/100 (38.29) feet; again
Southeasterly one hundred thirty-five (135) feet, and
Northeasterly two hundred and 52/100 (200.52) feet, all by Lot 22;
Southeasterly by a portion of Lot 24, one hundred sixty-two and 28/100 (162.28)
feet;
Southwesterly by a portion of land now or formerly of Stephen A. Canty et al, two
hundred and 24/100 (200.24) feet; and
Northwesterly by land now or formerly of Herbert J. Kaiser, three hundred
ninety-six and 59/100 (396.59) feet.
All of said boundaries are determined by the Court to be located
as shown on subdivision plan 33186-C dated February 1980, drawn by Cape Cod
Technical Planning Associates, Inc., Surveyors, and filed in the Land Registration
Office at Boston, a copy of which is filed in Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in
Land Registration Book 293 Page 57 with Certificate of Title No. 33287 and
said land is shown thereon as LOT 23.
And it is further certified that said land is under the operation and provi-
sions of Chapter 185 of the General Laws, and that the title of said
Robert L. Fuchsmann, Trustee as aforesaid
to said land is registered under said Chapter, subject, however, to any of the encum-
brances mentioned in Section forty-six of said Chapter, which may be subsisting.
