During that visit we discussed both issues and for immediate safety purposes you removed the pool ladder. Thank you for doing so. You did say you might be removing the pool. In any event, I provided you with a swimming pool check list. In an attempt to further assist you,I am enclosing a copy of a May 29,2004 Plot/Septic Plan I obtained from the Health Dept. and a Building Permit application. Please plot the shed and the pool on the plan and submit it with the completed permit application. As a footnote to the shed issue,the State Building Code exempts sheds that do not exceed 200 square feet, from requiring to have building permits. However,this department would have review it for zoning compliance. Please contact me or set up a day and time so we can talk about this further. I believe we can get this matter resolved. Thank you.
