I am the Director of Inspectional Services and Building Commissioner of the Town of Yarmouth. 2. On May 2,2019,Town Counsel requested that I communicate with the defendant Suzanne Snyder concerning her property at 12 Race Road which is the subject of the above captioned matter. Specifically,Town Counsel requested that I meet with Ms. Snyder, conduct an inspection of the site, attempt to resolve any outstanding code and bylaw violations with Ms. Snyder and to report to Town Counsel the results of the inspection and the result of my discussions with Ms. Snyder. 3. Attached hereto is a true and accurate copy of my May 21,2019 inspection report. 4. Ms. Snyder has failed to remedy the outstanding violations cited in prior notices and orders from my office and other offices of the Town of Yarmouth; 5. The May 21, 2019 inspection revealed additional violations. 6.
