Actually Kieran, I think the side area around the terraced garden is the only issue. The back area looks OK.

Hi Kieran
There are a couple of issues. The property owner is still mowing in the delineated wetland area and there was supposed
to be post markers around the back of the property to delineate the wetland and stop mowing. There are post markers
but they are out along the edge of the marsh. I will suggest that request be continued to give him the opportunity to fix
these issues. He will need to block off the area around the terraced garden that it still being mowed and moves the
stakes in to the wetland line out the back.
