It would be a plant by plant application, not large area application. We use them for treating knotweed at our office twice per year and it’s working out well with no impact to adjacent plants. If not, are you able to update the permit plan to show an area of buffer plantings with a note on the plan that a landscape plan will be submitted to the CA for approval? At the meeting on Thursday the Commission voted to deny the extension request. They would like a new NOI filed detailing the remaining work to be carried out and would like the property owner to address the unpermitted cutting of the bank vegetation. They also requested a six foot buffer zone of native plantings be added along the bank and suggested the applicant address bank erosion issues by managing invasive vegetation.
