Pursuant to the provisions of 780CMR(State Building Code),Section 110.3,Required Inspections,I performed
an inspection of the Swimming Pool, at the address noted above and observed the following
violations/deficiencies of the State Building Code:
1. The left side gate does not self-latch.
2. Portions of the fencing is more than 2 inches above grade.
Note: This inspection was performed because our records show that no final inspection was requested.
Accordingly,as the permit holder of record,you are required to make all appropriate corrections and contact this
office for a re-inspection when the corrections have been completed. Approval by an inspector of this
department is required. All corrections must be made immediately.
