Attached copies of letters I sent to the owner of 46 Camp Street;the latest one was sent certified and regular mail. The
Certified letter was returned as being Unclaimed. In looking at Accela, I see a Plumbing Permit and a Wiring Permit, but
do not see a Building Permit to create the rooms in the basement. Do you recall seeing a Building Permit posted when
performing your inspections.
