Hi Matt
Sorry – mean we need the recorded COC. SE83-1085 was issued but there is no recording on file. For SE83-62 you will
need an engineer’s statement but it does not need to be the original engineer.
Thanks
Kelly

Thank you Kelly. I found the CoC for SE83-1085 (attached is a copy). For the old 1976 file for SE83-62,
would you like just a request for issuance of a Coc, or would you like it accompanied by an engineer's letter?
I'm not sure if Tom Kelley is still available, but would a letter from another engineer suffice?
Thanks,
Matt

Hi Matt
I also forgot to let you know that there are open Orders for the property that need to be closed out with
COCs. This will need to be done before any new permits are issued. They are available online for
reference. SE83-62 and SE83-1085.
Thanks

Hi Matt
Here is the plant guide for American Beach Grass. https://plants.usda.gov/plantguide/pdf/pg_ambr.pdf The
Club is OK to proceed with planting within the buffer to the bulkhead.
With regard to the foundation work, this will likely require a Request for Determination of Applicability. I can
confirm this when I see a plan and project narracyive.
Thanks
