I'll check with Mike. I had mentioned it to either he or Erik when you first sent me the email but have
not heard anything. I'll make sure we file for the certificate.
Thank you.

Hi Bill
Per the below email - It appears to be for construction of a home on part of this lot that was
subsequently combined to create a large lot. As it appears that this work never took place, this should
be a procedural matter of filing a request for Certificate of Compliance.
Thanks

Hi Kelly,
Was that for the windows and the rubber roof replacement that still had permits open?
Mike had told me about them and I contacted both contractors - Andersen Windows of
Southern NE and Cape Cod Home Improvement.
Both said they would get in touch with the building department to see about closing
them out. I will follow up to see where they stand.
Thanks,
Bill

Hi Bill
I have just signed off on the building permit for the renovation work. Can I please get an
update on the old Order that is against the property?
Thanks

Hi Kelly,
Thank you for your feedback. No, we're just moving the master bedroom
from the 1st floor to the new 2nd floor and creating a great room on the 1st
floor in its place.
I will mention the old order to Erik.
Regards,
Bill

Hi Bill
If you are within the same footprint I see no issues. Is the number of
bedrooms being increased?
There is an old Order open on the property that will need to be closed
out. It appears to be for construction of a home on part of this lot that

Hi Kelly,
I am working with Erik Tolley on a design plan for a
renovation of my home at 24 Scallop Rd. Erik suggested that
I send you the attached preliminary drawings for your review
and comments. The design stays within the existing footprint
of the current home except for the 3' x ~14' cantilever that
would extend over the existing patio (for the 2nd-floor
bathroom).
I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,
