Inspection and Maintenance Description of any maintenance performed since previous inspection &during this inspection: See attached manufacturer's checklist Notes and Comments: TN and TSS have both slightly increased since the previous inspection. Will resample the systems influent and effluent per the manufacturer's suggestion to evaluate system performance and the breakdown of nitrogen. High TSS most likely due to minor solids carry over and heavy root intrusion in the distribution box where samples are taken.
