We will certainly take all steps to prevent any further brush or debris from landscape work being dumped there and we are now fully informed on the permitting requirements. Thanks for your understanding of this unintentional oversight on our part. I have this on the agenda to notify the Commission at tomorrow’s meeting. I will be recommending no further action as the work occurs about 85 feet from the closest wetland resource area. Please note that any work on your property should come through my office for review as the entire property is within the 100 foot jurisdictional area. There was also a report of dumping of landscaping debris on the neighboring conservation commission owned parcel which may or may not be yours, so you also receive a notification not to dump in that area. It simply did not occur to us that it would be necessary for changing out the grass lawn for stone alongside of our driveway. I wanted to provide a picture of the finished project and to also let you know that I had the landscapers clean any debris from the outside of the landscape ties and place a thick layer of topsoil there, as you will see in the photos.
