We also need to receive a check for $75 per the checklist. th The next meeting is actually December 5 and I am happy to add this request to that agenda if I receive the complete request early next week. You are not required to attend the meeting though it is recommended if there are any questions raised during my review. You can check in closer to the meeting to see if there are any potential issues. We respectfully request to be put on the agenda for the next Conservation Commission meeting which I believe is December 19, 2019. Please confirm that someone does not need to be present at the meeting to obtain the Certificate of Compliance for the Order of Conditions for DEP File No SE83-1896 on the above property. I have attached the Request for the Certificate of Compliance Form 8A and also as you requested a letter from an engineer to be submitted at the meeting.
