I will need a description of how the work will be carried out including if any digging is required, and if so, how any
sediment/debris will be retained to stop it entering the water. The existing plan can be used to show the work area.
Once you have the form completed, submit it to me and I will review it.

Good Morning Kelly,
I did try and leave a message on your voicemail, but was unable to as after saying a couple of words it cuts out.
My question is concerning the River Street dock. After many, many years our water line needs to be replaced. We plan
to have our plumber do the needed replacement probably in early spring. Do we need a permit from the Conservation
Commission to do this replacement? If so what process do I need to follow.
