The rear chain link fence is not fastened at the bottom and can be pushed inward toward the pool. Re: 780CMR, International Swimming Pool & Spa Code, Section 305.2.1,para. 2. 3. Correction Notices have been sent to the Building Permit holder of record, Shoreline Pools, Inc; without response.
