VIOLATION NOTICE
Owner: George & Christine Davidson
Address: 18 Walden Way, Yarmouth Port
Date of Violation: October 17, 2019
Violations:
1. The left side gate does not self-latch Re: 780CMR State Building Code, Intrenational
Swimming Pool & Spa Code, Section 305.3.
2. Portions of the fencing is more than two (2) inches above grade. Re: 780CMR, Swimming
Pool & Spa Code, Section 305.2.1, paragraph 2.
Correction Notices have been sent to the Building Permit holder of record,Shoreline Pools,Inc.with
a copy to you; without response.
Accordingly,as the homeowner you are hereby ordered to take remedial action immediately. Failure
to do so will result in the issuance of Building Code tickets which carry fines that range from$100 to
$1,000, with each day constituting a separate violation.
