Hi Chris
I have taken a look at your proposed plans in the context of the old plans and they appear to line up in terms of
proposed area of disturbance. However from what I can see in the aerial photos, state mapping, and topographic maps,
it looks the coastal dune resource area runs a lot closer to the house than the previous plan delineates it. I think it
would be worth having the coastal dune re-delineated to confirm the setback.

I have attached three pictures for your review, to (I hope) help you get a sense of what we are proposing:
- A plan for a pool submitted by the previous owners (which was never built but it is our understanding that it was
approved)
- we are keeping within the original space from this plan in our new proposal
- A plan for our proposed outdoor living space
- The same plan for our proposed outdoor living space, but which includes dimensions
