To Whom It May Concern:
We have reviewed photographs and a post-installation checklist for the above-referenced site.
Based upon our review,it is our conclusion that the installation of solar panels on this existing roof occurred in accordance with
the building code and our original requirements as stated in a letter dated:9/16/2019.Framing size and spacing has been verified
to match the original design. After installation was complete, it was verified that all roof-penetrating fasteners actually
penetrated into the roof framing and did not visibly split the framing members.No existing damage to any existing structure was
discovered and no damage was caused to any existing structure during installation, according to the installer. Measures have
been taken to waterproof all roof penetrations.
Our conclusions are based upon our review of the photos and a checklist prepared by the installer.This letter does not waive the
installer of any responsibility for improper installation.
