I'm told the electrician installed the outside switch this morning and the system is ready(hot) from their end for you to go back. I've reached out to Brett to contact you,so we can wrap this up as soon as possible. Thanks again and when I get the plan from Dan Ojela I'll be sure to get you copies for your file. I've attached the water testing for both the new marsh well and the driveway well (which was tested as well). It is clear the water at the new marsh well is far superior to the driveway well, and as such it was run to the house for approval and connection. I understand that Brett Ellis of Done Right Excavation has or will be contacting you for the septic tank install. Once the tank is in we will have Dan Ojela prepare a plan noting the distance between the tank&SAS from the new well. > If there is anything you need to speak with me about do not hesitate to call.Cell-508-733-1576 or Work 617-345- 4777. > Original Message > From: Pezzoni,William M. >Sent:Wednesday,April 10, 2019 11:48 AM >To: 'Murphy, Bruce' >Subject: RE: 60 Alms House Road mtg-April 10th @ 10 > Bruce, 1 > I've attached the most recent well testing for both wells; Marsh Well (8-27-18) and Driveway Well(4/3/19)and the Down Cape Engineering Plan (12-19-18).As you can see the Marsh Well is superior to the Driveway Well.As advised even though the Driveway Well was put on-line in 2014,we reverted to using the Marsh Well because of the Tannins and other issues with the Driveway Well. Our intent is to continue using the Marsh Well, however we would be having a 4" line and new well setup(pump, etc.) installed to meet today's requirements. Subject: RE: 60 Alms House Road-Well location plan (3-18-19)- For Bruce mAR 2 7 2019 HEALTH DEPT. HI Yes, we will need to inspect the new tank and can look at the corners of the SAS at that time. Then can check the measurements from the SAS to both wells on the site plan, then determine the variance distance that will be requested by the Board of Health You will need to show the water quality of each well. You will need to have a recent test of the West well. We should meet to discuss the variance and status of the current wells and timing of a new West well location. You cannot file for a variance until completing the above and a meeting to discuss the variance. Thanks Bruce From: Pezzoni, William M. Once the tank is placed in the ground the Engineer (Ojela) will locate the corners of the SAS and the tank and the well. Do you need to see this while open? Let me know. Should I wait for this before filing for a variance. William M.
